Do Not Drink … Play!

[ English ]

If you like to have a beer from time to time, leave your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Take only the cash you expect to use on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might have a win following a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to catch a long roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that account seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you continuously drink and wager. These activities simply do not mix.

Keeping your money back at the hotel is a bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for drastic behavior is compulsory. If you play to succeed, then do not drink and bet. If you like to blow your assets nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t pack charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing losses after your inebriated self loses everything!

Allow me to carry this 1 step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your best-liked casino either. I love to cocktail from the coziness of my abode, but because I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.

How come? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I drink, it’s certainly sufficient to cloud my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
